The guide has the authority to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the services contracted.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Initial deposit: $300.00 per passenger or the full cost of the airfare
  • 120 days prior to departure: 50% payment of the total program cost
  • 90 days prior to departure: 80% payment of the total program cost
  • 60 days prior to departure: 100% payment of the total program cost
