CHILDREN'S RATES:

• 0 – 1.99 years free.
• 2 – 7.99 years receive a 40% discount on the Double Room rate

(Sharing a room with two adults).

Children sharing the same room with their parents without an extra bed (maximum two adults + one child)

HOTELS:

This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is for informational purposes only, and passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments of the same category.

*Tours are sold by category and not by hotel names, which are for guidance only.

*The order of the tour may be changed without prior notice, always respecting all the visits included in it.

TRIP NOTES:

•  Travel documents are delivered 8 days before departure. 
•  This itinerary may be modified due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseeable aspects or availability at the time of booking.
•  Starting March 1, 2024, all travelers in any type of accommodation throughout Greece are required to pay the "Climate Crisis Resilience Tax". The rates indicated above do not include this tax. The hotel is responsible for collecting the corresponding amount directly from guests. The recipient cannot be an intermediary for the specific payment and does not assume any responsibility in the event that the hotel does not receive the corresponding amount directly from the client.
•  A visa is required with Multiple Schengen entries from some certain countries.
•  All itineraries are subject to possible changes without prior notice. The order of the places to visit may vary from the original program due to circumstances beyond our control.
• If there is no availability in the mentioned hotels, similar hotels will be used.
•  Excursions and tours: Tours include air-conditioned bus and professional guide in Spanish. All excursions and visits not mentioned in the "includes" are not included in the packages and are optional.
•  The circuits are sold by categories and not by the names of the hotels, which are purely indicative.
•  The order of the circuit can be changed without prior notice, always respecting all the visits included in it. 
•  Program with a stay in Athens in Basic Cat., in the accommodation circuit in Tourist Cat. Hotels.
•  Program with a stay in Athens in Selection, Superior & Luxury Cat., in the First Cat. Hotels circuit.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is described in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not book them with a different operator, as the schedules established in the itineraries may vary.

The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

TERMS OF PAYMENT 

• Initial deposit $300.00 per passenger or the total value of the air ticket
• 120 days before the start of the trip 50% payment of the value of the contracted program
• 90 days before the start of the trip 80% payment of the value of the contracted program 
• 60 days before the start of the trip 100% payment of the value of the contracted program
