CHILDREN'S POLICY:

Two children under 10 years old can share a room with their parents. Adjustments may apply depending on the chosen room category. Please consult your advisor at the time of booking.

RATES AND PROGRAMS DO NOT APPLY TO:

• Holy Week: Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday.
• New Year's: December 26, 2020 to January 2, 2027. A resort fee applies in Antigua and Panajachel.

This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is for informational purposes only, and passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments of the same category.

IMPORTANT NOTES

If an additional night is added, a transfer from the hotel to the airport must be added. *Please inquire at the time of booking.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, whose price is detailed in the program, will be offered by our local operator and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if the passenger decides to participate in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established for the itineraries may vary. The guide has full autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We are not responsible for services contracted with other companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial deposit: $300.00 per passenger or the total cost of the airfare
• 120 days before the start of the trip: 50% payment of the contracted program price
• 90 days before the start of the trip: 80% payment of the contracted program price
• 60 days before the start of the trip: 100% payment of the contracted program price
