I FARES

The Heritage Chiang Rai:

• From 1 to 3 January 2026 and from 24 to 31 December 2026, supplement of USD 18 per room per night.

Le Meridien Chiang Rai:

• From 1 to 6 January 2026 and from 23 to 31 December 2026, supplement of USD 18 per room per night.

Centara Riverside Chiang Mai

• From 1–3 January 2026, 17–21 February 2026, 25–28 November 2026 and 24–31 December 2026, supplement of £35 per room per night.

I HOTELS 

This is a list of the hotels most frequently used on this tour. It is provided for informational purposes only, as passengers may be accommodated in similar or alternative establishments in the same category.

** Notes: For triple occupancy reservations, it is important to note that the third bed is a sofa bed or a rollaway bed. Either of these could be uncomfortable for an adult and would also limit the space in the room.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT:

Shangri La Chiang Mai:

• On 1 January 2026 and from 24–31 December 2026, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
• Not available on these dates: 31 January–4 February 2026 and 10–12 September 2026

I ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• To enter Thailand, you must have an International Certificate of Vaccination against Yellow Fever if you are returning from or travelling to an endemic area within the last 10 days.
• Passengers arriving within 10 days of departure or in transit from countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission who do not have a yellow fever vaccination certificate are subject to vaccination upon arrival. Fee: THB 700 (USD 25).
• Passengers and crew members who have a yellow fever vaccination certificate must register and complete the T8 health declaration form online at https://thaihealthpass.com/

I IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Passengers must submit a completed Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within 3 days prior to arrival in Thailand and present the email confirmation upon arrival.
• Passengers must demonstrate that they have sufficient financial means upon arrival, at least 20,000 baht per person or 40,000 baht per family.
• Passengers must submit an online health declaration form (T.8) for yellow fever completed before travelling.

I TRAVEL NOTES

• Travel documents are delivered 8 days before departure.
• This itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions, weather, other unforeseeable circumstances or availability at the time of booking.

I OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

The suggested visits or tours, the cost of which is described in the programme, will be offered by our operator at the destination and can be purchased here or directly there. However, if passengers decide to take part in any of these activities, they should not be booked with a different operator, as the schedules established in the tours may vary. The guide has complete autonomy to modify the order of the scheduled visits for logistical, operational or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.

We will not be responsible for services contracted with other companies.

I PAYMENT TERMS 

• Initial deposit  $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE 
• 120 days before the start of the trip 50% payment of the value of the contracted programme
• 90 days before the start of the trip 80% payment of the value of the contracted programme 
• 60 days before the start of the trip 100% payment of the value of the contracted programme
